Shantel Carter is my name. I am a 26-year-old woman. I was born and raised on the Caribbean island of Jamaica. I came to America when I was 15 years old to make a better life for myself and to be introduced to new opportunities. My path as an entrepreneur began when I was living at home with my dad. We later fell out, and I was forced to make decisions fast.

I was always interested in real estate, but I never knew where to start. I read a lot of books and went to networking events. Eventually, I purchased my first 4-unit property at 24 years old, and the rest is history. On my journey, I've learnt the importance of credit and it changed my life dramatically. Now I leverage my personal and business credit to invest. I worked a 9-5 while building my business it's the hardest thing to do, but i was so dedicated and i knew it will be worth it because helping people is my passion, and if I can do this, I know you can.Over theyears i've had so many people reached out to be asking me to create a course on how i'm able to accomplish multiple properties and leverage my credit. I took my knowledge,expertise and experience that I've accumulated over the last 4 years and developed courses and ebooks. Teaching people how to do the exact same.
